Well-prepared, tasty breakfast. Excellent, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Helpful reception. Convenient location. Close to shops. Short taxi rides to attractions. Free gym facility.

Plus, the hotel had a prime location near the central square and the metro station, making it accessible to explore the city. the room I stayed in was very comfortable with a clean bathroom. the staff was helpful and polite. the breakfast provided had a decent selection of Chinese food to serve. the gym and massage services were enjoyable facilities available to guests.
One aspect that was not satisfactory was the unusable wifi in the lobby mentioned in one of the reviews.

We had a really pleasant stay here. The room was impeccable and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, even if they didn't speak English, they always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and attractions, and the reception was always helpful in assisting with taxis. The free gym on the 26th floor was a great bonus too!
We highly recommend this place.

I had a great stay at this hotel, everything was perfect. The staff was polite and always wished me good morning, although they didn't speak much English. The breakfast, though not western-style, was well-prepared and tasty. The hotel facilities, especially the free gym on the 26th floor, were excellent. The location was convenient, with a good selection of restaurants just across the street.

The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and polite. The location was convenient and central to many attractions. We particularly enjoyed the free use of the gym and the comfortable beds.
The breakfast was geared towards Chinese guests and lacked options for non-Chinese cuisine. The wifi in the lobby was unreliable.

Clean Rooms & Good Location. We recently stayed in a hotel during our city break, and we were quite pleased with the cleanliness of the room. It was immaculate and cleaned every day. it had a great location, with local shops, cafes, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed the free gym facilities too, which were on the 26th floor, providing great views out across the cityscape.
No Western food & Poor Customer Service. the breakfast lacked options for Western dishes and coffee wasn't up to par.
